The project required difficult logistics and open communication with the Intu project team and the restaurant management and staff.
Whilst all 9 restaurants remained open and trading, Hatmet removed and reinstated around 10,000 sq foot of timber decking to enable the installation of the structural steel elements under the decking.
The pods give an all year dining experience to the existing restaurants, with the pods LED strip lighting, and are heated with speakers that give an enjoyable dining experience.
Each pod is controlled by the restaurants to allow for their unique requirements.
